Volunteers and Ball Crew

Dear volunteers,

This summer, the Rogers Cup is back in Montréal. We hope that you will join us for this 2010 edition. After all, you are the pillars of the event!

The tournament will be held from August 13-22, beginning one day earlier to accommodate a bigger qualifying draw. This means more matches, more spectators and more fun!

As a volunteer, you must:

  1. Be available for at least 7 work shifts over the 9 days of the tournament (schedules vary according to the needs of the various committees);

  2. Be available for a training session (date to be determined) and/or an interview;

  3. Comply with Tennis Canada regulations and follow the instructions of committee leaders.

In return, you will receive:
  1. The official uniform of the tournament, which must be worn at all times when you are on duty;

  2. A meal coupon for each of the days you work;

  3. Free access to parking (shuttle included) in designated areas;

  4. An accreditation card with a photo that indicates your status as a volunteer and which enables you to access the site and the seats reserved for volunteers (level 300) before and after your shifts;

  5. A pair of 300-level tickets handed out at random for a session (Monday to Thursday) on centre court;

  6. An invitation to the volunteer party that will be held after the final match of the tournament (Sunday) to celebrate and thank you for your excellent work;

  7. The opportunity to meet new friends, see amazing tennis matches, and take part in an exciting major event;

We hope to see you soon!

We will be launching our new online application system for 2010 at the beginning of May, so make sure to stay tuned to www.rogerscup.com for any updates
